Abstract
The demonstration project which this paper represents, is an action/reflection on the process of creating a multi-cultural ministry. It begins with my own fear of the power of culture and ends with a church's decision to use its power to create a new culture. As for the written material, it consists of a series of letters to Willis Elliott. These are meant to be more than a channel of logging events, but rather a means of sharing some thoughts with a friend. The forward is geared to tie the letters together into a meaningful whole.
